Terms of service
Last updated: May 2026.
Using Forco
You can use Forco for your own email coordination work, on email accounts you control or have permission to act on behalf of. You must not use Forco to send unsolicited bulk email, harass people, impersonate someone you are not, or break any law where you live or where the recipient lives.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away at support@forco.ai if you think someone else has accessed it.
Billing
Free accounts are free. Paid accounts ($8/month) are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time from inside the app; your account drops to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
What Forco sends on your behalf
You stay responsible for the content of any email Forco sends on your behalf. Forco shows you the plan before sending; once you approve, the outbound message is yours. We do not screen content for accuracy or legal compliance — that is your job.
Service availability
We aim to keep Forco running 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. Coordinations that are in flight when the service is interrupted will resume when service returns.
Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including accounts used for spam, abuse, or fraud. You can close your own account at any time by emailing support@forco.ai.
Liability
Forco is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email before they take effect.
