What Forco stores

When you CC followup@forco.ai on an email, Forco receives a copy of that email so it can act on the coordination you have asked it to handle. We store the thread, your instructions, and the messages Forco sends on your behalf.

What Forco does with it

Forco uses the email content only to do the job you asked it to do on that thread: chase a reply, send a reminder, run a sequence. We do not use your email content to train AI models, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who can read your email

Forco engineers can access stored email content only when needed to fix a bug or respond to a support request you have raised. Access is logged.

AI providers we use

Forco uses large language models from third-party providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI) to understand instructions and draft outbound messages. Email content is sent to these providers under their data processing agreements; they do not retain it for training when used via their API.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your account and all stored email content at any time by emailing privacy@forco.ai. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site (forco.ai) uses only essential cookies. The app (app.forco.ai) uses cookies necessary to keep you logged in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
