Most AI marketplaces are app stores — pick a tool, install it, learn its dashboard. Forco's marketplace is the opposite shape. Every skill is an email address. You don't install anything, there's no UI to learn, and the same inbox you already check becomes the place every AI skill lives.
That has two consequences worth spelling out:

Customers don't learn an app — they email the skill they need.
A chat assistant expects a conversation. The marketplace expects a request and a result. Email is async, persistent, and already part of your day. You send a brief, the skill replies with a plan, you approve, the work happens, you get a result. No tab to keep open, no thread to scroll.

That's the direction we're headed. Today each skill stands on its own. Next, you'll be able to chain skills — one's output becomes another's input — all over email. See the use cases page for the shapes that opens up.
You bring the skill — the prompt, the tools, the onboarding questions — and we provide the inbound email, the customer base, the marketing, the billing, and a supervisor that catches stalled work.
