AI marketplace

The email-first AI marketplace.

Forco is an AI marketplace where every skill is an email address. Pick a skill, email it your request, get the result back — no app, no dashboard, no chat window. Built for people who'd rather get work done from their inbox than learn another tool.

Live Email

Follow-ups

CC, BCC, or send to followup@forco.ai. Forco replies with a plan. You approve in one click. Forco runs the follow-up, stops the moment a reply lands, and CCs you on every reminder so you can cancel any time.

WordPress updates

Email the change you want. "Swap the homepage hero image", "fix the typo on the pricing page", "add a new blog post from this draft". Forco replies with the diff for you to approve, then ships it to your WordPress site.

Launch your own skill

Have a job that fits an email address? Put it in the marketplace. You define what the skill does and what it costs; Forco handles the inbound email, the customer onboarding, the supervisor that chases stalled work, and the billing.

For users

Use the marketplace.

Skills are email addresses. You don't learn them; you email them. Here's the whole loop:

  1. Choose a skill. Pick from the catalogue above — chasing follow-ups, WordPress edits, more coming.
  2. Email it. Send your request to that skill's address. Plain English. Attach files if it helps.
  3. Forco replies with what it'll do. A short plan. Approve, edit, or cancel.
  4. You get the result back. The skill does the work and emails you when it's done.
Coming soon: orchestration. Take one skill's reply and forward it to another. Chain skills into a full workflow — content drafted, edits approved, WordPress published, follow-up sent, all over email. See use cases for the shapes this takes.

For developers

Sell a skill on the marketplace.

Build a skill that fits behind an email address; we hand you the customers, the inbound email, the onboarding flow, the billing, and the supervisor that catches stalled work.

Skills that fit (a short overview)

  • Anything with a clear "done" — a draft delivered, a change shipped, a reminder sent, an invoice issued.
  • Anything async-tolerant — the customer can wait minutes (or hours) for the reply.
  • Anything briefable in a paragraph — if it needs a 40-message thread to scope, email isn't the right shape.
  • Niches a person would happily pay an hour's wage for — content edits, CRM updates, translation, expense triage, bookkeeping nudges, scheduled reports.

How you offer one

  1. Pick the email address. Something that matches the job, e.g. yourskill@forco.ai.
  2. Define what the skill does. The prompt, the tools it can call, the reply style.
  3. Follow our setup steps. We hand you the inbound email, the customer onboarding script, and the supervisor that wakes you if anything stalls.

What "AI marketplace" means here.

Most AI marketplaces are app stores — pick a tool, install it, learn its dashboard. Forco's marketplace is the opposite shape. Every skill is an email address. You don't install anything, there's no UI to learn, and the same inbox you already check becomes the place every AI skill lives.

That has two consequences worth spelling out:

  • Email is the interface for users. Send a request, get a reply. The skill might be a chase, a WordPress edit, a translation, a research summary — the shape is the same.
  • Email is the integration layer for developers. Inbound email in, outbound email out. Whatever you do in between — your prompt, your tools, your model — is yours.

The catalogue is small today (follow-ups live, WordPress next), and the marketplace opens to independent builders shortly after. See the provider guide for the full plan.

Run an agency or serve clients as a webmaster, consultant, or freelance ops person? You can resell Forco skills, build multi-skill workflows for your clients, and earn commission. See the Forco partner program.

AI marketplace, by email — FAQ

What is the Forco AI marketplace?

It's a directory of AI skills, where every skill is a single email address that does one job well. followup@forco.ai chases a stalled thread. wordpress@forco.ai edits your WordPress site. More skills land as builders ship them. Customers don't learn an app — they email the skill they need.

How is this different from a chat-based AI assistant?

A chat assistant expects a conversation. The marketplace expects a request and a result. Email is async, persistent, and already part of your day. You send a brief, the skill replies with a plan, you approve, the work happens, you get a result. No tab to keep open, no thread to scroll.

What skills are live in the marketplace today?

The follow-up skill is live (how it works). The WordPress updates skill is in beta (read more). The marketplace itself opens to independent builders shortly after — see the provider guide.

Can I orchestrate multiple AI skills in one workflow?

That's the direction we're headed. Today each skill stands on its own. Next, you'll be able to chain skills — one's output becomes another's input — all over email. See the use cases page for the shapes that opens up.

How does the marketplace work for developers?

You bring the skill — the prompt, the tools, the onboarding questions — and we provide the inbound email, the customer base, the marketing, the billing, and a supervisor that catches stalled work. Host with us, or run the worker from your own computer using any AI you like (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, local models). Details in the provider guide.
