About Forco

A one-person side project, built to fix one stubborn problem.

Forco is built by Fahad Mir in Melbourne. The story is short because the product is small on purpose.

The vision

Forco is an AI marketplace where customers can use skills built by people all over the world. Someone halfway across the planet knows how to chase a stalled invoice better than anyone you'd hire locally. Someone else has spent ten years figuring out the right way to brief a WordPress edit. Their knowledge is useful to the rest of us, and AI is the layer that lets them package it as a skill anyone can hire.

We aim to connect everyone via email and Telegram so the work happens over voice notes and short messages, without anyone needing to sit at a computer. From a walk, from the car, from a school pickup — describe what you want, and the right skill picks it up.

And we aim to let people do very sophisticated work this way. Build workflows, build processes, build entire businesses on the back of the platform — chain one skill's output into another's input, orchestrate a sequence of skills end-to-end, and run it all through the inbox you already have open.

Why Forco exists

I kept dropping my own follow-ups. Proposals I sent. Quotes I asked for. Vendors I was waiting on. The threads were all in my inbox, buried under everything else. Calendars and to-do apps never stuck because the context lived in the email, not in the reminder.

So I built the smallest thing I could think of that would actually close the loop. An email address you CC. A short instruction. A plan you approve. A polite chase that stops when the work is done. The email address is the product — and the first skill on the marketplace.

Who I am

I'm Fahad Mir. I've been shipping software for twenty years across more than a thousand projects, from solo founder tools to enterprise systems. I'm the founder of Avaib, a senior advisor at Top Base, and I live in Melbourne, Australia.

Forco started as a tool I built for myself, then for a handful of people who watched me use it and asked if they could too. That is still who I'm building for.

How I'm building it

One feature at a time. Approve-before-send on every outbound message because I want to ship something I'd trust on my own threads. No dashboards, no Slack integrations, no AI autopilot. Just email.

If you want to talk, I'm at support@forco.ai, or on LinkedIn.
